Employer Asking For One Saturday per Month

So I haven’t worked for this company in a long time because the owner was not attributing all of my sales to my name so that he didn’t have to pay my bonuses as often. Wild – he also refused to even show me my sales data sheets. He tracked my car without telling me. He tried to force me to go shopping with his wife for clothes for me to wear to work (I dressed completely professionally and appropriate). No hate for Habitat for Humanity, but I already worked 5 days a week, why would I want to go spend a 6th day volunteering so that my boss can feel like his company « gives back ». Also, it’s not volunteering when you’re forced to participate. Plus, I don’t want to be around you people anymore than I have to.

Anyway, he laid me off when I started pressing him about my sales sheets that I never got to see for myself.
