Better pay or flexibility? 30% raise difference

Quite new to the workforce having graduated less than a year ago and landed myself my first full-time job that isn’t uni part time and it honestly is amazing. Culture, colleagues, manager all very supportive and I feel valued apart from the pay. I know that new grads don’t get paid a lot (in healthcare especially). I’m getting 57k a year. My current work I basically set my own schedule to see clients, my boss allows me to take leave easily, and overall everyone is very nice and accommodating. The only issue I have is dealing with difficult clients and bit of long hours. 6 months in I got contacted by a recruiter for a way better paying job at 74k.

This job is for a case manager role so I do not have to see clients all the time. Recruiter has been very helpful and this job just requires 6 weeks on-site training when I start then WFH onwards. Or I can come to office if I want to.

The job seems more structured/strict and I don’t think I’d have much flexibility around when I would take leave. I also don’t know if I will fit the company culture as much as the people here are much older.

But with my current job there isn’t much room to grow it feels but I’ve had colleagues who take extended leave up to 4 months! New job probably would open up a lot of opportunities. But I will miss my coworkers and worried about regretting it or be unhappy in my new job.

I had plans to go to Japan mid next year for 3 weeks and with my new job I don’t think they would be okay with this but my current job would.
