So I just started working for this company in Florida and got my first check.
I immediately noticed it was a business cashier's check and the memo was filled out with about $55 in fed/med taxes total from a gross of about $440.
I also never filled out a W2. I have asked about this, although there's a bit of a language barrier. I was told I'd be given one in Feb/Mar..
Next payday is tomorrow. Clearly this is not legal, so I'm wondering:

What are some things to mention to ensure I get everything I'm owed?
