She called me today telling me that I'm not respectful enough when I write emails to her and other employees in our uni. I'm so mad that I was too shocked to tell her off. Mind you, she ended our call with “you work hard and are very efficient but you should really be more formal in your emails.” Is this something that is normal to to you? I'm still fuming and I want to write her an email to tell her that she was out of line calling me so late to talk to me like I was a child. If I knew it was her calling me, I wouldn't have answered.
