Serious question as I’m not familiar with American politics or unions. But isn’t the point of a strike a refusal to work on the grounds that you gain concessions from your employer? You actively go AGAINST the ruling in order to get what you want? What difference does it make if it’s “illegal”? Surely they can’t punish everyone who strikes. It’s your democratic right and freedom… right?
You guys are essential to the economy? Great, you deserve basic fucking rights (“benefits” lol) to go with it.
Fuck illegalities. Fight for what you deserve as a core part of the fucking economy. Once striking becomes illegal, you fall under a dictatorship.
Do what must be done.
