Can we get a subreddit or thread going where we all leave bad reviews on places that have been horrible to their staff or where we have received really bad service. Like something where we all come together and bad review a certain place for each other? They ask everybody they come in contact with to leave them a 5 star review anyway so why not put an equalizer in place so potential customers can have the full truth?
