I have been trying to find work for months. I am smart, strong, quick, and have an associates degree, but my partner works full time weekdays. The ONLY time I can work would be a work-from-home job that doesn't care I have kids, OR, full freedom and dedication for the weekend.
People constantly don't want to work weekends. I can work them. Will work them, even long hours. BUT NO.
If you can't promise random hours at a whim, you don't get hired. And if you seek out management…. They tell you SADLY that they can't hire part time weekends. Even though EVERYONE ELSE WANTS OFF FOR THAT.
I am the best employee these people will never hire because you can't work for any company unless you can offer full availability.
