So my boss is a huge micromanager if you step away from your desk for 2 to 5 minutes she’s immediately messaging you and you have 8 to 10 messages with three or four missed calls she’s constantly asking what are you doing? Are you working? What’s going on? Why are you answering and so on She’s threatened our jobs stating that you know I get a pick and choose who’s on my team she was asking and questioning my wife’s vaccination status due to her traveling for work she would not let me go to my best friends funeral, even though I was a pallbearer and I was not allowed taking off work, I had to go away for a doctors appointment and she told everyone on the team that they could give all their work to me and I had to finish it by tomorrow mornings meeting and if not I’d be fired and she also makes fun of suppliers accents if they are from another culture or speak a different language she makes fun of their accents when we get off the phone. I’ve had several doctors appointments, she has gone and asked me what did the doctor say to you, please tell me.
