She has held a grudge over me, to the point that she has not spoken directly to my face in months, unless in a meeting with others. In recent weeks, she has now told me I don’t need to be apart of any team meetings as I’m “not needed”.
Direct coworkers have told me that they can see the difference in how I am treated by her vs. how she treats others but they won’t speak up on my behalf.
I reported her to Worksmart HR over a month ago, but apparently our HR issues are actually dealt with “in house” instead of externally. I got reprimanded by the president of the company for going external. Multiple people have left because of her. She multiple complaints against her and still they do nothing.
I am now purposely being excluded from things that help me do my job accurately and better.
I have put in apps everywhere and never get a response. I hate this place. I hate that a supervisor is so much more envied than an actual good worker to the point they get to treat you like shit.
Idk what else I can do.
