My weekend in a nutshell

So I work for a manufactured home company on the weekdays and occasionally I’ll reff paintball games at my local field on the weekend. I was upfront and honest about my weekend job when I got hired for my primary job. But basically last Monday they told us we might be working Saturday. As soon as my supervisor said that, I blurted out immediately that I had already have prior plans and if we were working Saturday that I wouldn’t be able to make it. Nothing was said or anything. Wednesday comes around and Saturday is brought up again and she said “if we’re working this Saturday, we’ll probably do X & Y but it’s still up in the air if we’ll come in or not.” The rest of the week my supervisor didn’t even come to our morning meeting so nothing was said about working this Saturday so I…

Wednesday comes around and Saturday is brought up again and she said “if we’re working this Saturday, we’ll probably do X & Y but it’s still up in the air if we’ll come in or not.” The rest of the week my supervisor didn’t even come to our morning meeting so nothing was said about working this Saturday so I was always under the impression that it was still iffy on whether or not we were working Saturday. Friday comes around and I asked one of my co workers if we were working Saturday and he said yes. I immediately turned around and told the “2nd in charge” that if she didn’t see me come in on Saturday, don’t be concerned because I already had something planned.
Saturday she calls me at 7 am but of course I didn’t answer it because I didn’t have my phone on me all weekend. I come in Monday and she’s not even here so I asked what happened with Saturday and they told me that she was asking everyone where I was at and they just either said they didn’t know or that I could be working at the field. And apparently she told them “well when you work at skyline, your only job is Skyline. Nothing else.”
This same job didn’t give me any of the promised raises I was promised at my job interview. Neither were the hours of my shift were accurate (my shift is supposed to me 7-3:30 but apparently it’s 6:45-whenever they say I can go which is around 4:30-5:30). I don’t get paid enough from my primary job to even qualify (3x the amount) to rent a house for my family.
