Been made redundant. What do I do?

We have recently gone through a “restructure” and I decided to not apply for any new roles, effectively becoming redundant. I was under the impression that I would be able to leave shortly after due to no longer having a job. However, they want me to work for another month. I work in sales. They can enforce this due to it being in my contract. But I have nothing left to give. I’m exhausted. I have no energy. I just want to leave. I’m only 22. This is my first “real job” and I want to get a good reference since I have done a good job. How do I leave without burning bridges? Thanks
