So essentially I gave my company a one month notice because I got a new job. I did this because I actually like my company and they treat me pretty well and I know for my position it can take some time to find a replacement. I had a week worth or sick time so I used up two days and I have like 3 more days left. Is there anyway I can use these sick days legally. Like I joked with my manager and she said I can’t use them and the job doesn’t pay those days out. But I thought if I had a doctors note or something then legally they would have to allow me to use the sick days I’ve acquired. Am I wrong in this thinking?
