Anyone have experience managers monitoring you on teams?

I don’t do anything bad. But it’s kinda creepy. I feel like my manager life monitors me 24 hours a day. And I’m fairly sure there’s things I’ve said in calls and messages she’s not on she’d only know if she was monitoring. Makes me wanna get the hell out of this job.
