What would be a good response to that? I work in an international company, with lots of non-english speakers, English is only something I learned in school, and the person who asked me that is native english, however all of my team and me are not english so we always have questions because the emails are long but not precise. I just felt it was very rude to call me out like that in a big meeting, when in fact I did read the email and I had follow up questions to that email.
