is there a way to get work outside the us without a degree?

i’n lgbt and i’ve been looking for work for months. part of me thinks maybe going stealth and working abroad may help. i don’t have my degree yet but considering the socio-political climate i think getting out of the states asap will be good since i could be hurt if i’m outed while looking for work where i am. sorry, idk if this is even gonna help anything, i just want to feel like i’m not trapped.
