I need everyones opinion on this. My step dad works at a warehouse. He has like 3 years left until he retires so he doesn't want to go anywhere. He has a supervisor over him that is constantly not only berating him and belittling him not to mention refuses to help when he almost got crushed by a baler (which is an OSHA violation in itself). The kicker is that he actively trying to show him pornographic images on his phone and trying to force him to view them. He is happily married and it makes him really uncomfortable. He has reported it several times to the main boss and he keeps saying he will look into it however it keeps continuing. What should he do? Report this to the labor board or what agency? Thanks all!
