I switched from a super busy, highly certified, top of our field crew to a new town and new crew that is… Not that. Horrible leadership, rampant inexperience, not busy at all but they think they are because they pretend to work
I actually like my new job and it's easy, but do I just… Let them be a shit show? When they complain about easily avoidable problems should I just nod politely?
I don't participate in the “pretend work” and I've been told some in management view me as lazy
