I saw a post for a job looking for Bachelors Degree and they were going to pay $16 an hour. So my question, is what would you consider a fair starting wage bracket based on the education level. (yes I know there's a difference between an Arts Bachelors, an Engineering Bachelors, a Law Bachelors but what would you tell someone who's leaving high school/university etc what they should expect at minimum based on their education).
