Uk company about to make £1billion profit in 2022
Uk inflation about 11%
Offer 6.75% and one off payment of £3750
Company says equivalent to 20% raise, I think it covers us for 2023 but when 2024 starts it’s equivalent to 4.25% pay cut in real terms.
