What are some red flags you steer clear of in job descriptions that immediately prevent you from applying?

I saw this on r/recruitinghell and I thought it would be interesting to see what r/antiwork has to say about this. I personally think “Cover Letter Required” is mine because I always ask about it in an interview (if I get one) and they can never tell me about it. Nothing stood out to you? (I give a poker analogy in my cover letter, like Im the ace up your sleeve), and so its very telling when you dont read my cover letter
