Incompetent, psychotic & pure evil managers, this festers a toxic work culture.
Got a large turn over of staff. People don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers!
Upper management won't take action on middle management when there is a clear and demonstrated history of severe bullying going back years.
Incompetence staff actively buck the system and work totally against the system and their other co-workers.
Staff resigning without jobs to go to as they just have to get out for the sake of their mental health.
Sexist leering to women and wandering eyes and ….
Bullying subordinates into accepting blame for the higher ups mistakes and threatening their career
Managers leering over a desk and using foul language to subordinates
Nepotism, poor performing staff related to upper management go unchecked
Belittling and the putting down of subordinates.
Drunks crashing council cars.
Oh and the fucking MICRO MANAGING.
