so, i’ve been at this well known coffee chain for about 3 or so months and was hired by a manager who hasn’t been with this company very long, which isn’t relevant right now. but when i was going through the hiring process i got to their dress code. it says specifically “One facial piercing allowed; no larger than the size of a dime” and i have one nose piercing on each side of my nose. while i was doing a first meeting with my current manager she asked if i was able to take them out (in my head i was like absolutely not, these were $120 absolutely not) and i told her they were fresh and i couldn’t. today during my shift i was talking with coworkers of mine and we agreed to go get some piercings after work. i was the only one who got facial piercings, i decided to go ahead and get my left eyebrow pierced and then my left nostril too, so i have a double on that side.
what do you think are the chances of me getting fired/forced to take them out?
