Oregon restaurant owner says “go work at chevron” after being confronted about sick pay/sick hours

I work in a restaurant in Oregon, where the law states that if you run a business with 10+ employees; you accrue 1 hour of sick pay per 30 hours worked. My boss/owner refuses to acknowledge the law and I don’t know what to do. I make very good money there, and the lawsuit would be pointless (although it is obvious that this has been going on since opening 7 years ago). I also would like to add that if I were to contact OSHA and they contacted the restaurant, it would very obviously be me, which would create an awful work environment for me for a measly 40 hours of 13.50/hr sick pay. Any advice?
