I work in a remote camp environment, I would most likely infect at least one of my co-workers. Policy early on in covid times was not to come in and would be paid. Now I’m encouraged to come in and told no more sick pay from company, I can use my holidays, of which I have no days left cause it’s the end of the year, my boss graciously said he’ll look into if I can use next years vacation. So basically had I got covid 6 months ago I’d be told to stay home and get paid the minimum hours, no I can work, use vacation or have unpaid time off
