I know this probably happens a lot. My wife is seriously ill, to the point of fainting at work. They still expect them to show up, which I guess I understand (Everyone is telling me that’s normal) but like. My wife is sobbing because they’re going to be fired. My wife has been coughing, vomiting, unable to stand— why do they want my wife to go in if my wife can’t work efficiently?
My wife has had their ass slapped, things thrown at them, screamed at to the point of breakdowns, all of this in “jest” apparently and it just. Horrible there. Yet the corporation wonders why so many people leave?
