This post might be a bit different from the regular ones, but it doesn't seem to break any of the subreddit rules or go against the description of the subreddit.
So here goes: I've applied for a job that has a fixed salary in CA in the US, which is completely remote.
I live in the EU, and the position pays a lot more than it'd do over here.
They offer the stuff I wrote in the topic of this thead, health insurance, dental, and optometry for their employees as benefits.
But, since I would like to only work until I can retire comfortably, more money would help towards my goal.
Do have any room to negotiate the salary, since they won't have to pay those benefits (I've already got them), and if so, how much?
The job is in CA, and pays $160k per year.
And if this is the wrong subreddit, I'd appreciate it if you could point me towards a the right one.
