I worked at a public school for a few months, but I recently had to quit, because my health has gotten progressively worse. I am supposed to receive an already measly stipend of about $1900/month for my full time work, and when I looked at my last paycheck, they only paid me about $950 for my last month. They tried to tell me it was reduced because I didn’t work a full month, but that’s a bold lie. My last day was 12/9 and this paycheck covered the 11/19-12/2 pay period. I literally can’t eat if they don’t pay me my full check. They’re just trying to screw me cause a 21 year old disabled girl is an easy target.
