Owner called/texted this while I was in a bath at 6:42pm in response to earlier that day me not agreeing to sign my first write up his brother tried to give me claiming I wasn’t doing an essential part of my job. I took the write up, pulled up proof they were wrong and emailed them. Fired next day.
