I usually feel the work I do makes a difference. Lately I am discouraged. It is a combo of ambiguous directive and folks that I rely on collection of data from not GAF. I like clear cut goals and/or instructions on what I am to work on and produce. I suppose micromanaging and autonomy both require balance. I probably need a break. Hopefully this weekend will help me feel replenished. I feel for everyone that has asshats ass managers out there.
