Do I benefit saying I got COVID from work?

I was out sick Thursday and informed my work Thursday night I was COVID positive. I WFH on Thursday and today. This morning, I get an email from HR asking if I thought I got COVID at work? This seems like a trick question and I don’t know what the best answer is.
