Yes it's shitty as hell for a company to offer you a job making $XX/hour only to find out you're just making $YY/hour instead.
You legally have one of two options:
- Just accept the rate they're willing to pay
- Quit and leave a review about their shitty hiring managers not paying what they advertised.
