basically i took a shipper job like ups. i never did anything with taping boxes and such. my first real work day was wednesday. orientation was tuesday. i basically am having trouble catching on the system and whole process. nobody even trains. we just given an outdated book and that’s it. so supervisor basically had a meeting with me saying if i don’t get better my position and pay will be demoted to picker. i’m basically thinking of saying F this and not going in monday. i feel it won’t get any better. maybe i will learn but idk in 1 day. what should i do?
