Getting out of a work contract

I thought it would be my dream job. Sold my house, took a pay cut and moved for the dream job. Turns out the one person i am forced to work with is a wretched cunt. Literally rolls her eyes when i explain things, blames me when the slightest thing goes wrong and then gets in my face and tells me in detail how much I suck because of it (although problems are usually due to her rash decision making). She’s been there 25 years and has tons of pull, I’m the newbee so i got nothin. My mental and physical health have deteriorated. I’m hating life, and the idea of staying for the duration of my 3-year contract is making me sick. I can afford to leave- i’ll be fine financially, for a while, if i leave. But i don’t want to get hit with $$penalties for breaking my…
