I want to quit my job on the spot

So we got a new manager a few months back and they have just been awful. Really just the saddest excuse for a manager. The only reason they have that position is because they’re screwing their way to the top. They fired a bunch of people, leaving us with little no staff. They don’t make sure anyone who comes in to the company has adequate training and changes the rules literally every single day but doesn’t tell the employees and gets them in trouble instead. I swear every time I go in I’m all of a sudden doing something wrong even though I’ve worked there a while. I called out today because I’m not feeling well and last night they left me to tend to over 150 guests by myself (which is fine I can manage but it’s just a lot) because the other bartender called out and my manager…

I called out today because I’m not feeling well and last night they left me to tend to over 150 guests by myself (which is fine I can manage but it’s just a lot) because the other bartender called out and my manager didn’t make her find coverage or designate anyone to help me out. But now I have to find coverage for my shift and if I don’t I’ll be written up. Mind you the other girl calls out all the time and I always pick up her slack and I’ve only called off from this job one other time this past year. I’ve been working 7 days a week between two jobs and going to school full time and being a single mom and it’s just a lot and I’m feeling the burn out hardcore now. And to top it off, one of the other employees cussed me out last night because I wouldn’t help him do his job more so than I already did even though he had 6 people on his team and I only had me. I did a lot for him just to get sworn at.

I want to tell this manager so bad it is their job to find coverage and make sure we have adequate staff for emergencies like this and just quit. I can’t do the stress anymore and the money isn’t worth it.
