i made a post yesterday about my boss from an old sucky job asking me if i was still coming back to help them with the christmas rush this week as we had discussed a while ago. well, i didn't feel like going back to a place that didnt offer breaks, paid minimum wage, and had downright rude customers coming in every day, so i said no. i'll admit, though, i lied and said i have COVID because they're nice people and i don't wanna lose the references.
well, i just wanted to tell you all that i don't feel bad anymore. my old boss left me on read so i guess we're even with the poor communication. getting ready to go to my newer, much better job right now. i didn't need the workplace drama that place has going on. anyhow, just thought i'd let you guys know that i'm making progress towards being indifferent about jobs that could care less about me as a human being.
