At a new job that offers a phone stipend for “up to $75/month”.
With all taxes/fees, my bill actually comes out to approx $75/month ($45 for the plan, $30 in taxes/fees). My employer is saying they will only cover the $45 portion for the plan itself, not for the taxes/fees. After reviewing the companies policy, it makes no reference to not covering the taxes/fees. It seems to be intentionally vague.
Is this legal? Anyone have similar experiences?
