Can't include many details. But I work for the government. My boss doesn't train, teach about safety and has even been grossly negligent on safety issues. He also has not been doing his job. I have been documenting it. Now recently it lead to the death of an employee.
It is under workman's comp. I know management will do nothing. So should I send my documentation to work comp so they could possibly prosecute. Or go through HR and get no justice for the co-worker and his family. I don't think the family can sue since it's under work comp in the US.
(None of my documents were made at work or with a work computer. So they are my property and not the workplaces.)
Thanks for any help or advice.
