It's -3⁰ out with 25-30mph wind and the drive-thru worker at the restaurant I'm at says they're not allowed to wear coats while standing in front of an open window for hours. Please say there's some law that should be protecting these workers and I can report this? This is horrendous and quite frankly dangerous. Needless to say, I'm at least leaving a good tip…
