“Your dad failed you”

I’m a IT Network Engineer, my boss, who has berated me before, made me literally have a mental breakdown at work, almost made me go into a mental hospital twice. Has the audacity to say that, trust me I’m looking for another job. But it’s really ridiculous and honestly there is nothing I can do.
