These past 2 years I never really had any good experience working in any company. First company was with my father, he paid me low salary. Then moved to a different company. My pay got delayed by a month each time. The work wasn’t any useful also. Then moved to another company. Ended at 4 months due to company deciding not to take any projects. Now at my current company, not even 2 months in I already received a termination letter saying I was underperforming when they were understaffed and the owner made poor decisions and shifts the blame on to me. I seriously don’t know what to do.
