I’m at a cross roads at my job

I’ve dedicated myself to this company for two years. I’ve put myself out there for the company since I started. When my boss left abruptly. I basically was there for the company . I made myself available to their disposal every single day. I did visual work for the store, I did store paper work. I basically took over supervisor roles. So when I mentioned that that I wanted to work on being promoted to a supervisor role. The excuses came coming. So when I mentioned that that I wanted to work on being promoted to a supervisor role. The excuses came coming. Such as “ we don’t think you’re ready, there’s a lot of things you been struggling with.” And half the things that I was struggling in their eyes since the the start , I was never aware of. The upper management team just kinda knew about it and brushed it off. Instead of teaching me how to do things properly, which I’ll take responsibility for not asking as much as I could. But I wasn’t aware of all these “struggles” they said I have. They tell this after I ask about being moved up.
Then they say things “ well your adhd might make it hard for you to take on this position” well then work with me and find a way to make it work?!
It just seems excuse after excuse.
They want to hire a new supervisor which will cost more money and time training but won’t work with me on becoming a leadership role.
I’ve been with this company for two years, I hand to step up in many different ways when we were short on people. I showed my dedication by coming even every single day, even if I was hospitalized the day before. Which happened 4 times and I came in the next day.
I feel like they don’t want to put in the effort to having me grow with the company.
And I’m at the point where I’m ready to put in my notice and find something better. I feel like they think I’m a push over. And I’m-done with it.
I feel like it’s my time to go
