I’m waiting for my December overtime pay and August bonus (trained 11 co-op interns)
The overtime got approved and it isn’t much about only 6 hours because I refuse to work past 4:30. The overtime is decent, it’s 150% of hourly pay.
The bonus they’ve been weird about it and I got oh so tired of fighting and going back and forth between people and offices and I’m not sure about how much I’m supposed to get exactly since I was supposed to sign a contract that I was gonna train these students but no one made me sign. So not sure. They let my manager sign and he’d get a bonus, when I asked him about it he said that it’s only for managers… but HR says that it’s for everyone who have signed the training contract…
Please keep your fingers crossed that I get my money asap and get better working conditions.
