Pregnancy discrimination

Hello! Today my HR rep pulled me into the office with my supervisor to tell me that, long story short, I either have to call my OB doctor and have them take me off of my light duty notice or I have to take unpaid medical leave for the rest of the duration of my pregnancy (April). She said, “As per company policy, we don't have light duty here.” Luckily, my husband was at home where my handbook was at and looked through it….there is no policy stating this is even a thing. I am 21 weeks and borderline high risk, which my employer was made aware of. I work at a silk-screening warehouse where there are a multitude of other jobs I can do that are not as strenuous as running an automatic printing machine. There's a lot of prep work that goes into silk-screening that I can do…

There's a lot of prep work that goes into silk-screening that I can do for my coworkers as well.
This HR rep is known throughout the company as acting almost as a God-like figure and that she can do quite literally whatever she wants to do. Many people quit the company because of her and what she has personally done to them. I have multiple accounts I can mention off the top of my head about her, but I won't take up any more time on this post. She lies about everything and basically pulls policies out of her ass when it suits her and when she is out to get someone. When I came out of the office and walked past a few coworkers they all asked me if I was okay and just that HR is being her typical self and they said, “that's exactly why I'm making sure you're okay since you went in there to her.”
I have spoken to the owners assistant, who is completely on my side, knows of this behavior with the HR rep. She told me to talk to my supervisor in the morning, lay it all out on the table about pregnancy discrimination, and have tangible materials in hand, including the handbook. If my supervisor does not do anything, then she will bring the owner into the situation.
I am just looking for advice on what I can do. It is very blantly her singling me out because she has some vendetta against me, especially since this is not a written policy.
