Employer is enforcing a return to work policy, for a job that is completely online and has been since before the pandemic. What reason is there to enforce that policy? The only exceptions are medical, which isn’t a guarantee someone could get one,on top of time and expenses to set it up. Nobody benefits being in the office,save the employees electric bill,which certainly doesn’t make up for avoiding commutes, unwanted interactions, health concerns, and losing the comforts and conveniences of being at home. How can you counter the enforcement without conflict?
