My work just sacked all of the seasonals without having replacements and now we're super behind on stuff. There was like 10 carts full of go-backs that never got done and the clothing section was a mess with only one person working there all day. I don't even want to know what the other departments (deli, tire shop, food court, etc) looked like.
Even earlier they were struggling to give breaks appropriately. I'm pretty sure there were some that didn't get their breaks until the last minute.
I honestly don't know about the company I work at sometimes. Sure they have a ton of benefits, but it's things like this that I'm just like… “why?”
