Stupid Behaviours From Managers

What are some ridiculous behaviors your managers do to assert themselves?? The management team at my office is always saying they are leaving, like announcing loudly they are leaving for the day and then returning a few minutes later not acknowledging they were leaving for the day. It's so annoying and dumb. Did they have a meeting about this tactic??? They are doing it to try and catch us in something
