New job handed me a payroll card, without an option for Direct Deposit

Can anybody tell me what to do with this?? First week on my new job and I get handed a Wisely card and am told this is how I'll be paid. I DO NOT WANT THIS. I have a bank account that is already set up to automatically pay my bills. I am NOT jumping through the hoops of having multiple cards with all my paychecks going to one. Is it even legal for my work to have signed me up for this payroll card without my consent, and to dull out all my money through it?? I'm desperately looking for an online portal that will let me change where my direct deposit will go to, but it seems like such a scam that I've received this thing in the first place. Now my first week's worth of pay is stuck on this damn account, and I just can't deal…

If anything, this is maybe just a sign that I need to go back to job hunting, and that my previous search ended too quickly.
