A recruiter found me a job to apply for and switch from my current position, said it would be “amazing for my career”. It sounded like a good role, and an interesting switch.
They said during the interview I need to “act extremely enthusiastic”, “Prepare 3 GOOD questions”, “relate all of my current experience”, “Research the Company”. I said, sounds fair.
Then the recruiter says, if they like you, this will be the first of MANY MULTIPLE interviews.
What If I don't like them I wondered.
I withdrew my interest via email about an hour later. I do this shit to pay bills, not to agree to every whim of some people I don't know or don't care about!
If you want me to do a good job, hire me, try me out. If not, I am not jumping through hoops like a good little doggy or a circus act.
Next they will ask me to sign the contract in blood.
