My manager and friend that I came to work under (from a competitor in the same industry about a year ago) is leaving the company. Now I'm about to walk into a meeting where they are going to try to make sure I don't jump ship. The dept is critical to the company in a big way, there is a labor shortage in my field, and the department is made up of my manager, myself, and a part time employee that just started. Advice would be appreciated.
