I'm so sick of my company denying my could of been promotions. I have been with my company 10+ yrs and I know every department and have done each department about 2 yrs and can do them exceptionally well. I'm long term reliable and I just got passed again for another could of been promotion.
I have decided to step back down to 25 hrs a week and get another p.t. job and move on. This company I work for does not value my skills, knowledge and expertise. I use to be able to float around the store and now they have me stale mate in one position in the store. Refuse to move me around refuse to let me go back to floating due to lack of staff. I'm done with my company and am considering moving on.
